When you complete the quote form we use the details you give us (name, company, city, phone, email, website, service and fleet information and your message) to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask, to prepare the free visibility audit. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries.

Where we contact UK businesses about our services, we record the public source of each business contact detail, the date, and our lawful basis. For corporate subscribers we rely on the conditions that apply to business electronic mail, including identification and a valid opt-out address in every message. For individual subscribers we do not send marketing electronic mail without consent or a fully evidenced statutory exception. You can object to direct marketing at any time using the details on this page; we keep a suppression record of the objection.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting agreement, then reviewed for deletion or archiving. Suppression records are kept so we can honour objections. Outreach records (source, basis, checks and campaign version) are kept for the period our compliance record-keeping requires.
